Step 1 - Go to

Step 2 - Click On "Register As A Developer"

Step 3 - Click On "Create New App"

Step 4 - A Dailog Box Will Be Open

Step 5 - Fill The "APP NAME" With Your Desire Name And
Leave Other Boxes Then Click On Continue

Step 6 - Fill Correctly Require Captcha

Step 7 - Important SandBoX Mode Click On Disabled

Step 8 - Click On "SaVe Changes"
